Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@rudraremedies.in. Returns should be sent to the following address:
Plot No. - 72, Phase 1, Phase - 8, Industrial Area, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160055.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care items

Note: Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the product you want, return the item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and processed your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for processing by your bank or credit card company.
